To ensure that our customers can make purchases with peace of mind, we accept returns for reasons such as the size not fitting or the product being different from what you expected.

The size was not right

The color was different from what I expected

When I received it I didn't like it

The product is bigger or smaller than expected

I felt like it didn't suit me.

What's more, we'll even cover the return shipping costs!

01 Cancellation due to customer's convenience (before product is shipped)

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it from your purchase history , regardless of the reason.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 5 days of placing your order. Once we receive your contact, we will accept your cancellation request.

02 Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges as all our products are one-of-a-kind. We will only refund your money.
In order to allow our customers to make purchases with peace of mind, we accept returns even if the size does not fit or the product is different from what you expected.

Notes on returns

  1. We will cover the return shipping costs, so please send it cash on delivery.
  2. Please choose a method that allows tracking and leaves a record of delivery, such as courier delivery.
  3. Due to product management reasons, please refrain from using letter packs.

We will accept returns if all of the following conditions are met:

  • If you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to request a return
  • If the product is unused and its condition has not changed since it was shipped
  • If you did not create an appraisal at the time of purchase
  • Products that have not been altered or resized

*We may refuse returns to customers who we determine have made too many returns.

*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any problems that occur during delivery when tracking is not possible or delivery is not guaranteed.

[Refund amount] We will refund the purchase price. [Return shipping fee] The store will cover the cost. If you wish to return the product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
After confirming the returned item, we will cancel the order and request a refund through Shopify's system.
For details, please check the email we sent you at the time of cancellation and the email from Shopify regarding the procedure.

*For customers who purchase by cash on delivery, we will transfer the payment to your specified account.
When returning the product, please include a note with your remittance details.

03 Returns and exchanges due to product defects

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges as all our products are one-of-a-kind. We will only refund your money.
We will accept returns if the product is damaged or defective, or if there is an error in the product image or description.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
We cannot accept returns of items that have been delivered more than 6 days ago, even if there was a defect on our part, so please check the item immediately after it arrives.
If the product is defective and can be repaired, please send it back to us. We will repair it and then ship it back to you. We will cover the repair costs and shipping fees.
