If we find that a product needs repairs during inspection before it is put up for sale (excluding brand-name products), we will ask a craftsman to replace the jewels (diamonds, etc.), check the prongs, or replace any defective parts.

Even if the plating has peeled off, we can perform a "plating finish", so we can handle a variety of base metals.

All of Takamasa's products are carefully inspected one by one by experienced staff.

To ensure that our customers can use our jewelry with peace of mind, we have multiple staff members look over each item, and only jewelry that has passed our strict checks is listed on our website.

When we purchase used jewelry, we check every detail to make sure that the diamonds and other gemstones are in good condition and that there is no damage. If it is a branded item, we check the engraving and inspect the accessories.
