Within one month, resizing is free for the first time up to ±3 sizes.

  • If you wish to have your item customized, please enter your desired size in the order form. We will process your order after confirming your payment.
  • For processing charges of ±3 or more sizes, we will revise the amount by adding the processing charge to the product price after receiving your order.

  • If you request resizing or other processing, it will take approximately 7 business days from the time we confirm your payment to the time of shipping, and it may take even longer depending on the significant resizing or the design of the ring.
  • After sizing, the product is given a new finish, so there may be slight discrepancies in weight (this also applies to size-up processing).

*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns after processing.
*Depending on the design and type of metal, some items may not be resized, and some items may have engravings that may fade or disappear after processing. You can check this on the product details page. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
*If you wish to have the size adjusted after receiving the product, the shipping costs will be borne by you.
*Please note that if brand-name products are altered in any way, you may not be able to receive service at official stores.
