About creating appraisal and identification certificates
If the product you purchased from us does not come with a certificate of appraisal, identification, or simple sorting, we can create one for a fee.
Certificate
A booklet containing the results of grading the quality of diamonds conducted by an appraisal agency.
Identification book
An appraisal agency inspects the stone to determine its official name, whether it is natural or synthetic, and whether it has undergone any artificial processing other than cutting or polishing, and then compiles the results in a booklet.
sorting
A simple plastic bag with the appraisal or identification results attached.

Notes for creation
- It will take approximately 7 to 10 days for shipping.
- The above prices are for a single main gemstone only.
We will provide a separate quote for side stones and identification of all stones. - Please note that delivery may take longer than usual around long holidays due to the circumstances of the appraisal agency.
- For unsorted products, if there is a discrepancy between the product specifications at the time of your purchase and the appraisal results, we will cancel your order.
- We do not accept price reductions based on appraisal or identification results.
- Certificate of Authenticity and Certificate of Appraisal are only available for purchases made through our company.
- Prices may vary depending on the type of stone.
